AGEM INDEX The AGEM Index fell by 164.88 points to 1,615.74 in March 2025, a 9.3 per cent decline from the prior month. Compared to one year ago, the index rose 32.6 per cent, or 396.82 points. During the latest month, each of the 12 AGEM Index companies reported stock price decreases, which resulted in 12 negative contributions to the AGEM Index. The largest negative contributor to the monthly index was Aristocrat Leisure, whose 11.0 per cent decrease led to a 75.59-point loss. Meanwhile, Light & Wonder saw its stock price decrease by 22.3 per cent, leading to a 49.37- point decrease for the index. The industry stock performances were among a broader decline for all three major U.S. stock indices amid uncertainty over federal tariff and trade policies.
AGEM is an international trade association representing manufacturers of electronic gaming devices, systems, lotteries and components for the gaming industry. The Association works to further the interests of gaming equipment manufacturers throughout the world. Through political action, tradeshow partnerships, information dissemination and good corporate citizenship, the members of AGEM work together to create benefits for every company within the organisation. Together, AGEM and its member organisations have assisted regulatory commissions and participated in the legislative process to solve problems and create a positive business environment.
AGEM APRIL 2025 RECAP
1 Due to the 2025 meeting schedule published by the Board of Directors, there was not an organised monthly gathering for April 2025, but reports from AGEM Directors of Responsible Gaming and Europe were circulated along with the monthly Vixio Gambling Compliance report. Te next monthly AGEM meeting will take place via Zoom on May 13, 2025, at 8:00 am PST.
2 At the 2025 Indian Gaming Association Convention and Tradeshow in San Diego, AGEM enjoyed supporting the event and meeting with its members and friends during the week. AGEM President & CEO, Daron Dorsey, and past Chair and current AGEM Treasurer, Bob Parente from Light & Wonder, attended the Chairman’s Lunch event on April 1 where they presented Chairman Stevens with AGEM’s sponsorship donation of $50,000 to the Tribal Education Fund that supports education and workforce development initiatives for tribal members. Daron Dorsey also participated in education panels and at the Digital Play Summit alongside AGEM members and friends around the tribal gaming community.
3 Te social networking event alongside Global Gaming Women and the Emerging Leaders of Gaming on the evening of April 1 at the 207 Bar in the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego was also well attended and a successful collaboration with industry associations. AGEM looks forward to partnering with these organisations and others in 2025 and 2026 on similar events. AGEM, GGW and ELG thank Allison McCoy, AGEM’s Director of Membership & Events, for her organisation and assistance at the event.

4 AGEM again happily supported and sponsored the 2025 East Coast Gaming Congress which took place April 15-16, 2025 at the Hard Rock Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ. Tis important gathering of industry friends led by Lloyd Levenson is always a great opportunity to meet and discuss critical issues concerning gaming in those key markets.

1 Te JCM 26th Annual AGEM-AGA Golf Classic Presented by JCM Benefiting International Center for Responsible Gaming takes place on April 30, 2025, at the Rio Secco Golf Club in Las Vegas. Tis key event serves as an important fundraiser for the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG), whose mission is to help individuals and families affected by gambling disorder and to prevent the onset of gambling problems through high quality scientific research and evidence-based educational programming on gambling disorder and responsible gambling.
Our industry appreciates the assistance of the entire JCM team for its help in staging this event that aims to reach its goal in 2025 with US$3m raised by the industry since its inception.
