What role and how important is architectural design when it comes to bringing in new players?
Many years ago, Steve Wynn said I could build an inexpensive gaming product and market a $2 buffet forever or I could build a great building and the market will come to it forever. We are all thankful to Steve for building such great projects in Vegas and Macau.
Do you think Covid-19 will impact the architectural design of casinos long term?
We see some logical changes such as: l
Te elimination of touchpoints for a while, so we see that trend to continue especially in the hotel rooms.

Te elimination of chips and cash, so that will eliminate many touch points.

We see public spaces and guest rooms being sanitised in special ways.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) supplied from the floor.
