case study
I joined Kuoni eight years ago and started in a sales role in
their favourite luxury tour operator, and in the 2014 Travel Weekly Globe Travel Awards the company was voted both the best long-haul and luxury tour operator of the year. We’re proud to list these and many other customer and travel agent-voted awards on our website.
New skills and talent New skills and talent are welcomed into the
business at a time when the company is growing. As an innovative company driven by a team of highly motivated people, the focus is on growing the range of authentic travel experiences, partnering with destinations to open up different parts of the world to tourism in a responsible way, and to always give outstanding customer service. Kuoni has ambitious
plans for the future, so we need creative and adaptable people who understand real service, don’t mind hard work, love travel and want to have fun along away. If what we are looking
for sounds like something that would channel your passion and make your toes tingle, then check out our current opportunities at our careers page at:

Manchester helping both customers and travel agents create bespoke itineraries. After just four months I went on my first familiarisation trip to Kenya to see all our key hotels and have my first safari. There is nothing like visiting a destination or hotel to bring it to life for customers and at Kuoni I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many parts of the world including Florida, Central America and Borneo. I went on to become assistant manager at our store in Meadowhall, near Sheffield, and recently was appointed manager of our new flagship Travel Design Store in the northeast. From increasing sales through customer service courses to conferences on cruise ships, I’ve had constant opportunities to develop my skills throughout my career with Kuoni.
