101 Operational Sustainment Brigade

New Name, New Working Environment On 1 April 2022, 101 Logistics Brigade officially changed its name to 101 Operational Sustainment Brigade (Op Sust Bde). With a change of name, also came a change in working environment as personnel within the headquarters laid out and set up in accordance to the future army structure. With the complexities that come with change, we all had to embrace it and work together to meet the oncoming uncertainty.


After a few Op TEAMWORK consultations with all personnel in unit, it was highlighted that communication was lacking across the HQ resulting in a need to address this.


Subsequently a decision was made to move personnel from both the iHub and Bde Admin Office into a single floor plate as centralised hubs in order to enable better team cohesion and effective communication.


A Futuristic Office Lay Out At first it was daunting to all of us and I must say walking into the office reminded me of my university call centre job but gradually everyone now seems to have settled into the new working environments well.
