efore deploying to Longmoor we received a brief on our responsibilities. The initial days at Longmoor were spent setting up and making sure all the equipment was working and adequate. I learnt what a PERSREP was and how to administer move and track prior to the arrival of the multiple Unit’s. This was extremely busy, with more than 700 personnel arriving, being added to the PERSREP and moved and tracked. There were many challenges that had to be overcome during Op London Bridge and having the support of my chain of command as well as being able to adjust to a busy environment, I built my skills and gained more experience. My hard work paid off and I was recognised by the Brigade Commander who presented me with a Brigade Commanders Coin.
