Another year has gone by and the busy pace of life across Pers Admin Branch has not changed. We have been working a more hybrid approach and have seen an increase in physical attendance at SPS seminars and briefing career courses at Worthy Down.


Team Cohesion We fully immersed ourselves into Op TEAMWORK, with the initial mandatory briefs completed, the APSG held a range of breakout discussions; discovering things we were good at and things we could do better.

Among various activities throughout the year, we visited the Escape Rooms in Winchester, working as a team to solve


the clues and escape in the quickest time possible. We took this challenge seriously and managed to get ourselves on the leader board with a time of 61 Minutes and 30 seconds. We also took part in the APSG Fun Day, where teams were a mix of staff, competing in a round robin of Sports Day events followed by a welcome BBQ on a hot summer’s day.
