SCC reveals research paper award winners
The US Society of Cosmetic Chemists has unveiled the winners of the awards to be presented at its 78th Annual Scientific Meeting in Los Angeles in December. The awards recognise research
papers and cosmetic science advancements submitted to the 77th meeting last year. The list of awards is as follows: ■ Young Scientist (under 40) award (sponsored by Surfatech): Christopher Kreuger, PhD (Beiersdorf) for Next Generation Risk Assessments: Advancing Safety Assessment of Cosmetic Ingredients without Animal Testing ■ Hans A. PCHi opens 2025 awards
nominations The organiser of the Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi) trade show in China has opened the nominations process for the 2025 Fountain Awards. The awards recognise and
reward groundbreaking products and technologies that have significantly advanced the industry. Show organiser Reed
Sinopharm Exhibitions (RSE) said all entries will undergo a thorough and independent evaluation by a distinguished judging committee. This panel includes leading domestic and international scientific researchers from prestigious institutions, seasoned professionals from top cosmetics manufacturing companies, and experts from PCHi’s Cosmetics Science & Technology Innovation Committee (CSTIC).
