Procedure: Into a suitable vessel, discharge the Purified Water BP and heat it to 80°C. Add phase A ingredients to the water with mixing until dissolved. Prepare the phase B and add it to phase A. In a separate vessel, pre-mix phase C, heat it to 75-80°C and add it to phase A undergoing homogenisation for 10-15 minutes. Cool down below 45°C, then add phase D in the listed order and the phase E ingredient. Prepare phase F and add to the main vessel with stirring. Adjust pH to 4.5-5.3. End with mixing for 5 minutes.

Procedure: Dissolve the salts in Sorbitol and Water. Pre-disperse Blanose CMC 9M31XF in Zemea before adding it into phase A. Under vacuum, add phase C into phase A and B. Mix until uniform gel is obtained. Premix phase D and add it into the main bulk. Dissolve Empricol LX/N in water and add it into main bulk gradually while keeping the vacuum on. Mix until uniform. Pre-dissolve Natpure Xco Sapphire GB606 in water and add into the toothpaste.

Procedure: Mix soap noodles intensively with all the ingredients for 5 minutes. Refine and homogenize the soap base by means of the soap extruder using the drilled plate for 3 minutes. Extrude the soap base using the extrusion cone. Cut the final soap into desired length or press it into a shape.
