Procedure: Heat A to 85°C until complete homogenization. Let the temperature go down to 70°C. Add B, C and D under moderate mixing for 5 min. Pour at 55°C into a stick mould. Properties: Aspect: Beige stick with brown grains 99% natural origin (ISO 16128)

Procedure: To main vessel sequentially add ingredients in phase (A) mix until uniform and begin heating to 75-80°C. Sequentially add ingredients in phase (B) with moderate stirring, mix until all surfactants uniform and no residual lumps. Begin cooling to 45°C. When at 45°C, quickly add ingredients in phase (C) and mix with high shear mixing, or whisk attachment to aerate formulation. Warm fill into tins or tubes as required, and allow to cool. Properties Appearance: Orange, whipped fluffy mousse pH: 6.0-7.0 Stability: 12 weeks, 45°C, 20°C, 5°C, and 3F/T Cycles

Procedure: Disperse Prebiulin C90 into the water while heating to 75-80°C. When transparent mixture is obtained mix still 30 minutes (75-80°C). Disperse Keltrol T into the water during heating to 70-75°C. When clear mixture is obtained add remaining ingredients of A (75-80°C). Mix B (75-80°C). Add B to A. Homogenize 3 min at 10,000 rpm for 200gr batch. Cool down to 40-45°C (70-75°C). Add C. Homogenize 1 min at 10,000 rpm for 200gr batch.Cool down to RT while mixing (40-45°C). Adjust pH with D to 5-7(RT).

Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 80 – 85 °C with mixing. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 80 – 85 °C with mixing. Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed. When emulsion is smooth, *check pH and adjust if necessary. Add Phase C at 55 °C or under. Cool to 45 °C or under with mixing and pour into containers. Properties: Stability: Three months at room temperature, three months at 45 °C, three freeze/thaw cycles.
