Procedure: Mix first two phase A ingredients at 70°C using a propeller agitator. Once uniform, add Triethanolamine. Mix phase B ingredients. Add to phase A. Mix phase C ingredients at 70°C until solution is clear. Slowly add phase C into phase AB at 70°C and 500 rpm. Mix for five minutes at 70°C. Add phase D ingredients to phase ABC and continue mixing for two minutes. Under gentle paddle or hand mixing, cool the mixture below 50°C. Add phase E ingredient to phase ABCD and continue mixing for two minutes.

Procedure: Mix ingredients od Phase A and warm up to 75˚C, until a clear solution is obtained. In a separate beaker, weight ingredients of Phase B and warm up until 75˚C. Add Phase C to Phase B and stir until homogenous. Prepare the premix D and add it to Phase B+C under stirring maintaining 75˚C. Coll down to RT under gentle stirring. Add Phase E. Check the final pH (>7.0). Properties: pH: 7.0-7.5 Viscosity: (Brookfield RV4/10rpm): 8000 mPa.s
