Procedure: Prepare A under rotor-stator at 5000 rpm during 30 minutes at room temperature. Prepare C under gentle stirring and heat at 85°C in a Bain-Marie. Add successively the components of B in A under gentle stirring and heat at 85°C in a Bain- Marie. At 85°C, add C in AB under rotor-stator at 3000 rpm for a few minutes. Let get cold at room temperature under rotor-stator at 1500 rpm; At 60°C, add D in ABC under rotor-stator at 3000 rpm for a few minutes. Let get cold at room temperature under gentle stirring; At 35°C, adjust the pH with E to pH 5. At 30°C, add successively F and G under gentle stirring until total homogenization. Properties: Aspect: White cream Viscosity (Brookfield Spindle E, Speed 6 at 20°C): 49500 mPa.s pH: 5.2

Procedure: Prepare phase A and stir with magnetic stirrer for 1 minute. Heat phase A up to 80-85°C. Prepare separately phase B, stir with anchor stirrer at 250rpm. Heat the phase B up to 75-80°C. Add very slowly phase A to phase B while mixing with anchor stirrer at 250rpm. Stir the phase AB with anchor stirrer for 2 minutes at 250rpm. Homogenize phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 2 minutes. Cool down to 40°C under stirring (50-100 rpm). Add the phase C and D using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson) for 1 minute.
