Procedure: Heat ingredients of Phase A at 80°C and mix it with a paddle stirrer at 300 rpm. Once homogenous, neutralize with AMP-ULTRA PC 2000. Heat ingredients of Phase C at 80°C. Emulsify C into AB while mixing at 800 rpm for 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool down and mix at 300 rpm. At 30°C, add Phase D at 300 rpm. Properties: Appearance: Shiny white cream pH: 6.7-6.9 Stability: 1 month at room temperature and 45°C Viscosity: 70,000 cP (Brookfield RVDV-IIT, spindle 6, 6 rpm, 1 min, 20°C)

Procedure: Prepare phase A mix very slowly and heat to 75°C until gelling occurs. Prepare phase B and heat to 75°C. Add B to A without mixing then mix slowly under vacuum (defloculent or Rotor/Stator 850 rpm, mixing speed should be adapted to equipment in order to lower the creation of foam). Cool under slow mixing and at about 40°C, add phase C, D and E. Complete cooling at about 30°C. Properties: Aspect: Transluscent pink thick gel pH = 7.1 +/- 0.5 Viscosity Brookfield (spindle E, speed 5) : approx. 900 000 mPa.s after 24H
