Procedure: Heat separately phase 1 and 2 to 70°C. Add slowly phase 2 to phase 1 whilst stirring at approx. 800rpm and leave stirring for 5 minutes. Homogenise during 2 min using Ultra-Turrax. Cool whilst stirring moderately. Add phase 3 below 40°C and let stir for 5 minutes. Then homogenise during 2 min using Ultra-Turrax. Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Properties Appearance: Pale yellow shiny emulsion. Viscosity (25°C): 6 300 mPa.s (LV3, 10 rpm)

Procedure: Weigh and mix Part A. Heat Part A to 75°C in bain-marie Weigh Part B and and heat to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and mix Part C. Pour Part C into Part A with normal helix stirring (s=300 rpm). Pour Part B into Part A+C with strong helix stirring (s=500 rpm).Weigh and mix Part D. Add Part E to the previous part, stir well. Add Part F, stir well. Add Part G, one by one, stir well. Properties Appearance: Blue liquid limpid pH: 5.70± 0.5 Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 40°C and 1 month at 50°C Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C

Procedure: Heat A until 75°C. Heat B until 75°C. Add B to A 75°C under rapid mixing (rotor/stator 3000rpm). Continue rapid mixing for about 10 minutes then cool down under mixing until 35°C. Add C to A+B and mix very strongly until homogeneous. Cool down under stirring until room temperature.
