Procedure
Under rapid mixing disperse A2 into the water for 10 minutes then A3 for another 10 minutes. Heat A and B to 70°C max. Under rapid mixing, add B to A. Maintain rapid mixing and add C that has been mixed beforehand at 40°C. Add separately D at 30°C. Complete cooling. Properties pH: 7.60 Viscosity: 49 000 mPas (Spindle 6, 30”, 10 rpm) Suppliers

Procedure Weigh Part A. Weigh and mix Part B. Add slowly Part B to Part A with helix stirring (s=500 rpm) and mix well during 30 min. Heat Part A+B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Add Part C to Part A+B with strong rotor stator stirring (s=5000 rpm, then 2500 rpm).
