Mix phase A at 3000 rpm for 3 minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra Turrax). Prepare phases B and C separately and heat to 75- 80°C. Add phase C to phase B, stirring at 3000 rpm for 3 minutes using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool to 40°C under gentle stirring. Prepare phases D and E separately. Add phases BC, D and E to phase A under stirring for 3 minutes using a suitable dispersion unit. Add phase F under stirring. Properties (25°C) Appearance: White cream Viscosity: (10 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, T-D, after 24 hours at room temperature, mPa•s): 15,000–25,000 pH: 6.5–7.0 Suppliers 1 Hallstar.

PHASE A In main beaker, add Phase A ingredients. Mix with propeller mixer and heat to 35-40C. PHASE B In side beaker, add Phase B ingredients. Mix with propeller mixer and heat to 35-40C. Transfer Phase A to homo-mixer while maintaining the temperature 35-40C. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A. Continue mixing Phase AB for 10-15 minutes. Cool down Phase AB to 30-35C and switch to sweep mixing. PHASE C Add Phase C ingredients to phase AB and mix until homogeneous. PHASE D Add Phase D ingredients to phase ABC and mix until homogeneous.
