Henrik, you’ve known the Vindral team since the RealSprint days. What stood out to you then, and what stands out now?
From the very beginning, what stood out was the team’s deep expertise across cameras, studio builds, video, audio, broadcasting, green screen and streaming, but also their rare ability to truly connect the physical and digital worlds. Tat combination is not easy to find.
What stands out today is how they have successfully taken all that knowledge and transformed Vindral from a pure “guns-for-hire” consultancy into a product-driven SaaS business, built around scalable platforms and recurring revenue. Many companies talk about making that transition, but very few actually manage to execute it this well.
Vindral has transitioned from consulting to product and now to a clear position in live casino innovation. From your perspective, what is Vindral’s true strategic advantage in the market?
Te transition itself is a major achievement. Vindral’s real advantage lies in the strength of its two core platforms, Composer and Vindral Live. Tey are among the most advanced and feature-rich solutions available in the market, and they are largely cloud-based.
In practical terms, that means studios can replace metres of traditional hardware racks with a far more compact and flexible setup, often requiring just a single physical server. Tis gives operators a level of efficiency, scalability and creative freedom that traditional broadcast- style solutions struggle to match.
Your experience spans both B2C and B2B, across NetEnt, Evolution and RAW. How does that shape the way you intend to help steer Vindral’s direction?
Tat background helps me navigate what is a very complex iGaming ecosystem. Having worked on both the operator and supplier sides, I have a good understanding of the different incentives, pressures and decision- making processes involved.
It also helps frame one of the most important questions in our industry: who the product is really built for, and who ultimately drives value. Tat perspective is useful when helping Vindral prioritise product development, partnerships and long-term strategy.
Live casino is more competitive and more experimental than ever. Where do you see the biggest opportunities for differentiation in 2026?
Te biggest opportunity is still fresh content and genuinely new game ideas, which is easy to say but much harder to deliver. Green screen technology is becoming far more mature and widely accepted, not least because it allows studios to operate more cost-effectively.
Tis is an area where Vindral has exceptional expertise and can help partners build visually attractive and efficient setups. On top of that, Vindral’s V-Track product family offers something truly distinctive, giving live casinos new tools to innovate and stand out in a crowded market.
Vindral has recently introduced AI-driven capabilities such as V-Track Roulette and V-Track Money Wheel. How do you see these features influencing the live gameshow experience going forward?
We’ve already seen live games built around V-Track Roulette reach the market, with more on the way. V-Track Roulette uses computer vision to recognise outcomes on a physical roulette wheel in real time, allowing visual elements such as multipliers or bonus indicators to be applied directly onto the wheel as it spins. V-Track Money Wheel applies a similar principle to large-format prize wheels, enabling studios to create more dynamic, branded and visually flexible game show formats from a single physical setup.
Together, these tools give live casinos new ways to innovate at the game mechanic level, rather than just through presentation. I expect to see both roulette-based and money wheel-based game shows evolve significantly through 2026 as a result.
Looking ahead, what should operators and partners expect from Vindral in 2026, whether in product development, partnerships or market expansion?
Tey can expect to see more live game shows built around both V-Track Roulette and V-Track Money Wheel, as well as broader adoption of Crystal Speech, our AI-based audio enhancement technology. Crystal Speech improves the player experience through clearer audio, while also allowing studios to place tables more densely and operate more efficiently.
I’m also keen to see the first game concepts built around our newest V- Track product, V-Track Card, which allows digital overlays to appear directly on real cards during live play. Beyond that, there is more coming in the audio and AI space later in 2026, but we’ll save those details for when the time is right.
