Deerfield Beach, FL — Inovaxe is showcasing its new SMART Ino - Mech anical storage solution, as well as its new SMART SREX stationary storage solution at IPC APEX 2019. The SMART InoMech anical storage solution is designed to store and
management system. This system allows users to
store and manage bagged parts, JEDEC trays, PCBs, and more. The product comes in two models and a multitude of configurations. The first model showcased is the SR140. The SR140 is a mobile smart cart that supports reels, trays, bins, and other non-reel parts. This mobile smart cart can accommodate up to seven rows of reel parts or 14 rows of non- reel parts, or a combination of both. The new SREX200 is a fixed
smart storage system for storage and traceability of non-reel parts. Within the small and compact foot-
print, users can store and manage up to 264 unique part numbers. This includes bagged parts, JEDEC tray parts, PCBs, and more. Inovaxe is highlighting other
InoAuto SMART storage solutions, including reel storage, stencil stor- age, and MSD storage. The SMART InoAuto ultra-lean material han- dling systems enable users to locate parts in less than four seconds and return a part in less than eight sec- onds. The carts are mobile or fixed, store from 560 reels in 2.5 ft2 (0.23m2) or store 1,120 reels in 4.5 ft2 (0.42m2), with an ROI of less than six months.
Benefits include: more than 90
percent labor reduction in pulling kits and returning parts; more than 90 percent space reduction for storing parts and kits; reduction of set up time and increase in machine uptime; reduction of operator travel; elimina- tion of paper for kit pull and feeder loading; enhanced inventory accuracy without counting; and reduction of
errors during feeder set up. Contact: Inovaxe Corp., 260
