The oven is characterized by high-throughput operation, low operating cost and an attractive price. The company also purchased a VER-
SAPRINT 2 Ultra, a stencil printer with fully inte- grated 100 percent 3D SPI. Benefits of the system include 3D SPI for the inspection of complex PCBs directly after the printing process. VERSAPRINT stencil reference measurement of the unprinted PCB can be performed before every print. With the VERSAFLOW 3, Krypton benefits from a flexible system configuration and CAD assistant for offline programming. VERSAFLOW 3 is designed to pro- vide secure process control with monitoring of all relevant processes and to offer a link for traceabil- ity systems. The HR 550 rework system is designed for the
highest requirements in terms of precision and process safety. The system has a 1,500W, high-per- formance hybrid heating element to desolder and solder SMT components up to 2.8 x 2.8 in. (7 x 7 cm) in size. Dipak Patel, owner of Krypton, says that the
