The CM Feeder Finger, coupled with Panasonic’s 0.3 in. (8 mm) dual- track feeder adds patented features and benefits that enhance machine utilization and throughput. The device can reduce feeder preparation time by up to 50 percent.


    


An unskilled operator can load strips of component tape as short as 3 in. (7.6 cm) or a full reel without a cover tape leader or tape splicing. The cover tape collection process and cover tape feeder jams are eliminat- ed during production.





 
