Morrisville, NC — Juki Automation Systems (JAS), Inc. is rolling out its Com plete Line Solutions, with three complete lines on display: a high- speed line, a high-mix line, and an LED/odd-form ad - vanced technology line that will include through-hole placement and selective sol- dering.
The high-speed line will
include the new RX-6 Flexible Mounter/TR7 and RX-7 Chip - shooter that have vastly improved speed and flexibili- ty in a very compact footprint. The line also will include a new RP-1 Screen Printer, RV- 1 SPI/AOI machines and RS- 800 Reflow Oven, and will be supported by Storage Solu - tions’ new ISM2000. The high-mix line will
include the GL Fully Auto - matic Screen Printer, KE - 3020 Flexible Mounter, and the brand new RS-600 Six- Zone Reflow Oven, and will be supported by Storage - Solutions’ new ISM400. The LED/odd form advanced
technology line will have in place the new JX-300 LED Mounter that can build boards up to 60-in. (1.5m) in length. In addition, the line will include
the new JM-20 Hybrid (Through- Hole) machine, Cube Inline Selective
Solder and PMAXII Screen Printer. The LED line will be supported by the StorageSolutions’ ISM400. In addition, the KE2080/TR6
Juki RX-6 flexible mounter. and Cube.460 Batch Selective Solder
