Nashville, TN — Kyzen is showcasing its new stencil cleaning line for the first time. The new line addresses the most common stencil cleaning process- es. Products in this new line are the first ones specifically developed for 21st century technology in nearly 20 years. They have been designed from the ground up to meet the tough chal- lenges of cleaning no-clean, lead-free residue from small, 01005 apertures while being compatible with today’s nano-coatings as well as with all the offline cleaning equipment currently used in the industry. Providing increased performance

adds real value with better prints and cutting-edge, green technology that is

better for the environment. In addition to rinsing especially well, these clean- ers save money and provide excellent cost of ownership. The new line includes: AQUANOX® A8820, AQUA - NOX® A8830 and CYBERSOLV® C8882. AQUANOX A8820 effectively removes common solder pastes and fluxes, and demonstrates a favorable compatibility profile with stencil clean- ing systems. It works well with spray- in-air and select ultrasonic cleaning machines, and is also effective on uncured adhesives. In addition, the no- foaming property of A8820 is compati- ble with all materials commonly used in electronic assembly manufacturing and cleaning processes.

AQUANOX A8830 is an ultra-

low VOC, environmentally progres- sive formulation that does not dam- age stencils and is highly effective at removing all types of solder pastes (water soluble, rosin, and no-clean) from fine-pitch apertures. A8830 is a low-odor cleaner that can be used in open systems. The green environ- mental properties of A8830 make it an excellent option for areas where air emissions are highly regulated. CYBERSOLV C8882 is a fast-

acting stencil cleaning solvent designed for the under-stencil in printer wipe cleaning processes. C8882 instantly dissolves all flux types within the solder paste, includ-

ing water soluble, rosin and low residue no-clean fluxes. The solvent dries quickly, eliminating the streak- ing and smearing experienced with traditional cleaning solvents. The new solvents are available

in one, five and 55 gallon containers. CYBERSOLV C8882 also is available in 16 ounce spray bottle containers and pre-saturated wipes.

Stencil rolls and squeegees. Made from Dupont Sontara®

Cleanmaster fabric, this cleanroom grade wiping roll effectively prevents many common production defects and other problems associated with circuit board printing. JNJ offers a wide range of

squeegee products for the Accela printer that includes blades, holders, solder paste deflectors and ready-to- use assemblies. Holders available in standard gold anodized or green anodized finishes to designate use for lead-free solder paste printing. Metal blades have a proprietary ball radius for uniform printing, reduced stencil wear, and extended blade life. The metal blades are plated with the company’s proprietary electrolyzed plating that facilitates paste release for optimum print deposition while

making clean-up fast and easy. Contact: JNJ Industries, Inc.,
