Rancho Cucamonga, CA — Aqueous Technologies is displaying the Trident Duo High-Yield Automatic Defluxing and Cleanliness Testing System, which provides a cost-effec- tive alternative to inline defluxing systems. Operating on a fraction of the power, water, and chemicals of a traditional inline cleaning system, Trident DUO provides high through- put at a very low operational cost. The Trident Duo is equipped
with two autonomous defluxing chambers. Each chamber is con- trolled by a dedicated computer con- troller and may be operated with dif- ferent defluxing chemistries for max- imum flexibility. In addition, each defluxing chamber is equipped with independent cleanliness testing ca - pa bilities and recallable SPC data records. Trident Duo is capable of high throughput levels and is equipped with built-in cleanliness testing technology for clean assem- blies every time.

The StencilWasher-ZDO Zero Discharge Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaning System is designed to remove all solder paste types including no-clean, rosin, and water soluble as well as all uncured SMT adhesives. StencilWasher-ZDO
is equipped with a filtered and recir- culated wash system and a fully closed-loop rinse system. All rinse water is captured, filtered, re-deion- ized, and reused. There is no connec- tion to drain.
