Loft London Solutions and Oasys are jointly launching a playout platform targeted at the disaster recovery and remote playout markets. The integration between the Oasys platform and Cubix, Loft London Solutions’ end- to-end workflow platform, brings an enterprise asset management, automation and orchestration engine together with a fully integrated playout solution. Combined with Loft London Solutions’ enterprise support monitoring layer Prism, the company claims users would enjoy remote deployment with the same levels of control and visibility as would be provided locally. “Our strategy, in a joint
offering with Oasys, is to provide playout providers with a unified platform that can allow their clients to launch channels quickly, or provide disaster recovery services,” said James Gibson, managing director of Loft London Solutions. “Both Loft London Solutions and Oasys have a proven industry history of rapid integration, deployment and stable performance.” Oasys CEO Mark Errington added: “Our collaboration with Loft London Solutions means we can offer our global broadcast customers simultaneous secure remote management and monitoring of all their Oasys playout channels.”
