Jonesboro, AR, Lodge donated three US flags and three POW/MIA flags to the Jonesboro VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic.


Fullerton, CA, Lodge members, along with members of other civic organiza- tions, placed US flags and religious symbols on the graves of US service- men and women before Memorial Day. Lodge members also attended a solemn Memorial Day Service at Loma Vista Memorial Park and laid a wreath in honor of the sacrifice made by US veterans.


Hemet, CA, Lodge members treated six veterans from US VETS River- side’s transitional housing facility for homeless and at-risk veterans to an Inland Empire 66ers minor league baseball game.


Lake Elsinore/Wildomar, CA, Lodge members joined members of the American Legion and VFW in honor-

In other news, during the lodge’s Memorial Day Barbecue, lodge members honored five wives of active-duty US military personnel, two wives of wounded veterans from the current conflicts, and the widow of a serviceman who died in the Vietnam War. Lodge members pre- sented each of the women with a certificate. Lodge members also raised $350 at the barbecue for the Wounded Warrior Program, which helps wounded veterans of the current conflicts reintegrate into society.

Mission Viejo-Saddleback Valley, CA, Lodge held a solemn Memorial Day Ceremony at the lodge to honor US servicemen and women who have given their lives in the service of their country. About 175 people attended the event.
