Citizen of the Year Award
HERE are people in every community who go an ex- tra mile to help those in need. What better way is there for us, as Elks, to show our ap- preciation than by honoring one very special
T individual with the
Citizen of the Year Award? Rec- ognizing this person shows that your lodge has the community’s interest at heart and wishes to take part in ensuring its welfare. What better public relations for your lodge in your community than the recognition and applause for a local individual’s accomplish- ments? After making your selec- tion, plan and publicize an appro- priate award ceremony to honor this individual. Take advantage of this opportunity to make the entire community aware that Elks Care—Elks Share.
Please submit the full name of your selected individual to the Office of the Grand Secretary, 2750 N. Lakeview Avenue, Chi- cago, IL 60614-1889, postmarked no later than March 31, 2012.
