Designed for companies looking for shared storage for workstations working with up to 8K uncompressed material, the DDP10EF from Ardis Technologies arrives at IBC boasting a range of upgrades. Now with a bandwidth limiting setting on iSCSI connected computers, the 1U rack-mounted unit supports new fi rmware enabling an increase of writing bandwidth to 24GB/s. In addition, the DDP10EF is now delivered with 30.72TB NVME SSDs, with


10 Raid 5 SSDs providing a protected capacity of 275TB. The DDP10EF can be delivered as a standalone unit with various capacities ranging from eight to 300TB with two, four and six 100GbE ports. Ardis has also delivered several as a hybrid solution with DDP24EXR spindles arrays connected to it via SAS cabling. In a hybrid setup, the SSDs are defi ned as cache and spindles are accessed via iSCSI while the SSDs are accessed via NVME-oF/RDMA simultaneously. The DDP10EF supports NVME- oF/RDMA, iSCSI and SMB on Linux and Windows computers, and iSCSI and SMB on Mac. 7.B07
