DFA thrives in Americas as it triumphs in Tocumen T2


Capturing a 10-year duty free concession at Panama Tocumen International Airport Terminal 2 – after winning the majority of retail space at the airport’s T1 last year – has sweetened an already successful year in the Americas so far for DFA, as Charlotte Turner finds out.

uty Free Americas (DFA) has enjoyed solid performances from its US business and


startlingly good ones in South America according to company President, Leon Falic. One of the highlights for the


company actually involved the winning of a T2 retail contract at Tocumen International Airport in Panama. The contract, which covers a


1,000sq m space in front of a Rolex outlet, only strengthens DFA’s position at the airport having secured two out of the three 10-year Terminal 1 concessions last year. Duty Free Americas President
