Progetto ceramico
L’involucro esterno di Villa Montebar è stato completamente rivestito con lastre in grès porcellanato della linea Pietre Native, collezione Amazzonia, colore Dragon Black, finitura bocciardata, nei formati 45x90, 30x90 e 15x90 cm, messe in opera con la tecnica della parete ventilata e posate secondo un preciso schema a casellario su una sottostruttura in alluminio. Per mantenere una perfetta omogeneità di tutte le superfici esterne, oltre alle facciate e alle falde di copertura, anche le persiane a libro che proteggono i serramenti sono state rivestite con lo stesso materiale: le lastre ceramiche sono state fissate mediante incollaggio su telai metallici eseguiti su disegno.
Le pavimentazioni e i rivestimenti dei bagni, della lavanderia e del locale tecnico sono stati realizzati con lastre in grès porcellanato della linea Pietre Native, collezione Pietre Etrusche, colore Saturnia, formato 30x60, 20x60, 10x60 cm. Selezionati in fase di progetto per l’aspetto del tutto simile alla pietra locale, di cui riproducono fedelmente superfici, venature e cromatismi, questi materiali ceramici di ultima generazione garantiscono elevate prestazioni tecniche di resistenza, durabilità nel tempo e sicurezza, anche in presenza di severe condizioni atmosferiche, a cui si aggiungono la facilità di lavorazione e di posa in opera, essenziali per un’applicazione con tecnica della parete ventilata.
Ceramic project
The exterior envelope of Villa Montebar was completely covered with porcelain stoneware slabs of the Pietre Native range. In particular, the Amazzonia collection, Dragon Black colour, bocciardata finish in the 45x90, 30x90, and 15x90 cm formats. The slabs were installed with the ventilated wall system according to a bespoke pattern on an aluminium façade system. In addition to the façades and pitched roof, the folding shutters that protect the doors and windows were also covered with the same material to ensure perfect homogeneity of the external surfaces. The ceramic slabs were bonded to the metal profiles created as per drawing.
The floor and wall covering of the bathrooms, laundry room, and technical room were made using porcelain stoneware slabs of the Pietre Native range. In particular, 30x60, 20x60, and 10x60 cm slabs of the Pietre Etrusche collection, Saturnia colour.
The slabs were selected for their appearance so similar to local stone. In fact, they faithfully reproduce their surfaces, grain, and shades. These state-of-the-art ceramic materials ensure high technical performance and resistance, durability, and safety, even under the harshest weather conditions. In addition, they are easy to process and install, which is particularly important for using the ventilated wall system.
