Procedure
Disperse the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 1 hour without stirring. Heat phase A to 75˚C in bain-marie. Weigh and heat phase B to 75˚C in bain-marie. Weigh and mix phase C. Weigh and mix phase D. Combine phase C with phase A with Staro stirring (s=500 rpm). Add phase B and phase D to phase A+C with quick Staro stirring (s=500 rpm). Extemporaneously, add phase E to the former phase with Staro stirring (s=300 rpm); homogenise well. Neutralise with phase F, homogenise well.

Add TRIquat 10L to the water and mix until fully hydrated. Once fully hydrated, heat to 70˚C-75˚C. add remaining ingredients of phase A. Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70˚C-75˚C. add phase B to phase A with high sheer mixing. Homogenise for 2 minutes. start cooling under propeller agitation.
