Procedure: Dissolve Disodium EDTA in water. Then add VisCaress™ HPD and mix for around 10 – 15 minutes until batch emulsifies and thickens. Add the remaining ingredients, ensuring the batch is completely uniform after the addition of each ingredient. Properties Appearance: Off White Soft Cream pH: 3.47 Viscosity: 4,26,000cps (Brookfield RVT spindle No. 5 at 30 rpm) Stability: Passes centrifugation test- 5000rpm for 30 min.

Procedure: Melt Phase A components at approximately 220°F. Add Phase B to Melted Phase A and mix at 220°F for 15 minutes. Add Phase C to the blend and mix at 220°F for 30 minutes. Add Phase D components to blend and mix at 220°F for 2 hours. Pour blend into sample containers and allow to cool.

Procedure: Add water to main vessel and heat to 65-70°C. Sprinkle in Magnesium Aluminum Silicate and mix for 15 minutes. In a separate vessel, mix Phase B. Remove Phase A from heat, and add Phase B to Phase A while mixing. Add Phase C ingredients one at a time while mixing. Add Phase D and mix.
