Procedure: Combine all ingredients of phase A. Heat to 87-92°C while stirring. Keep the temperature for 5-7 minutes under continuous stirring. Homogenize for 3 minutes. Cool down to 70°C while mixing with propeller stirrer. Add phase B at 70°C while stirring. Add phase C at 70°C while stirring. Cool down to 50°C while stirring. Add phase D while stirring. Homogenize for approx. 2 minutes. Cool down to 45°C while stirring. Add ingredients of phase E. Homogenize for approx. 2 minutes. Cool down to 38-40°C while mixing with anchor stirrer and pour into final packaging at this temperature. Ensure to keep temperature stable at 38°C to avoid destruction of crystalline structure. Properties Appearance: pink wax-gel Viscosity: Approx. 78,000-92,000 mPas (Brookfield RV: spindle 7, speed 10 rpm) Stability: Stable for more than 3 months at 4°C , 20°C and 40°C.
