Procedure: Weigh Part A. Heat Part A to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and mix Part B. Weigh and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Add Part B to Part A with rotor stator stirring (s=500 rpm). Add Part C to Part A+B with strong rotor stator stirring (s=5000 rpm, then 2500 rpm). Adjust pH to pH = 6.20 (+/- 0.10) with Part D. Add Part E to the previous part with rotor stator stirring (s=2500 rpm) to around 35°C. Add Part F to the previous part, mix well. Add Part G to the previous part, mix well. Properties Appearance: White viscous opaque cream; pH: 6.20± 0.5; Viscosity: 150.000 cps ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime. Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 40°C and 1 month at 50°C. Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80oC/+25oC 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C.
