Procedure: Combine and mix Part A ingredients and heat to 75-80°CCombine and mix part B ingredients and heat to 75-80°C. With maintained heating and under low to moderate stirring, add Part B to part A. Homogenize and cool down while stirring. Once part A/B reaches 35-40°C, add part C. Add part D and stir to room temperature. Check pH and adjust if necessary. Properties Appearence: white slightly yellowish gelled cream pH value: 5.9 Viscosity: 80,000cP (Brookfield PB, spindle V3) at 25°C Stability : 3 months at 4°C, RT and 45°C

Procedure: Heat separately phase 1 and 2 to 70°C. Add slowly phase 2 to phase 1 whilst stirring at approx. 800 rpm and leave stirring for 5 minutes. Homogenise during 2 min using Ultra-Turrax. Cool whilst stirring moderately. Add phase 3 below 40°C and let stir for 5 minutes. Then homogenise during 2 min using Ultra-Turrax. Allow to cool down whilst stirring moderately. Properties Appearance: Pale yellow shiny emulsion. Viscosity (25°C): 6 300 mPa.s (LV3, 10 rpm)

Procedure: Phase A is mixed and heated to 80°C in a glass beaker until homogeneous. Add phase B components to phase A while stirring gently. Homogenize the mixture. Then pour the liquid mixture into the appropriate molds and place the molds in the refrigerator overnights. Place the molds at room temperature and wait 1 hour. Remove the lipstick from the molds.
