Procedure: Add Microcare SB and mix 2 min. Add Allantoin and mix 10 min (until all is well dissolve). Add Glycerin and mix 2 min. Add Xanthan gum and mix until the gel formation Add Aristoflex AVC and mix until the gel formation. Heat A to 75°C. Add B in a separate vessel. Heat to 75°C Add B into A and mix under strong homogenisation for 10 min Cool to 25°C under mixing Add C and mix 5 min. Add D, E, F and mix 5 min Properties pH : 5,27 R4V20 : 4090 cPs

Procedure: Heat the water of phase B to 80°C. Stir rapidly and slowly tap in the NativacareTM
9230, mix until uniform, shear if necessary. Premix phase C,
add to phase B, mix and reheat to 75-80°C if necessary. Heat phase A to 75°C and add to phase B/C with rapid stirring. Homogenise until the emulsion is formed, stir until cool. Adjust the pH as required.
