Inovaxe Rolls Out Intelligent Storage Solutions: InoBar and MODI Integration
Deerfield Beach, FL — Inovaxe is showcasing its new InoBar and MODI integration at IPC APEX 2020. The company’s newly designed InoBar can turn nearly any storage shelves or racks into intelligent storage pick-to- light locations, capable of lighting up the locations of desired material. Operators can inform the sys-
tem when materials are added or removed. InoBar attaches to existing storage to provide LEDs and add and remove switches to customers’ stor- age locations. InoBar can be used to
Nihon Superior to Highlight TipSave N Solder Wire
Osage Beach, MO — Nihon Superior is showcasing its TipSave N flux-cored solder wire at IPC APEX 2020. The company is also exhibiting its SN100CV® P608 D5 solder paste. When a solder joint is made with a sol- dering iron, the tin reacts with the iron plating on the tip, gradually eroding it. Eventually, the underlying cop-
per is exposed, resulting in damage to the tip. TipSave N slows this ero- sion, extending the tip life by three times and reducing the replacement cost of soldering tips. Paired with the (032) no-clean, halogen-free cored flux, it provides fast wetting and low spattering.

manage stencils, boxes, PCB stacks, assembly bench bins or virtually any other package. It comes in various lengths and
can have as many as 48 locations on a single string with various pitches. Multiple InoBars can be daisy- chained together to create a large, intelligent storage network. InoBar is compatible with the company’s InoAuto locator software. InoAuto Smart storage racks
now communicate directly to the MODI table. This integration allows customers to streamline incoming inspection and UID label generation.
InoBar turns basic shelves into an intelligent storage network.
The MODI table can print a barcode label, which, once applied to a reel,
can be placed directly into the InoAuto smart cart without any scan to add required. This connectivity provides im -
mense benefits to Inovaxe customers by reducing the labor required for receiving, labeling, storing, and identi- fying materials. It provides traceabili- ty for all materials processed within
the MODI and Inovaxe systems. Contact: Inovaxe Corp., 260

TipSave N flux-cored solder wire.
TipSave N is a good match for
hand soldering, as well as continuous robotic soldering as it reduces required soldering tip changeovers, increasing production while reducing cost. SN100CV P608 D5 is a completely halogen-free, lead-free, no-clean solder paste. Unlike silver-containing alloys that derive their strength from a dis- persion of fine particles of eutectic
Ag3Sn, SN100CV gains its strength from solute atoms in the tin matrix of the joint. Although silver-free, in ten- sile tests, the SN100CV alloy matches the strength of SAC305, while main- taining a high level of resistance to impact loading. The P608 flux medium provides
wetting comparable to that of halogen- containing pastes, even though it is entirely free of halogens. SN100CV P608 D5 delivers excellent perform- ance over a wide range of component types, including very fine pitch, and
over a range of process parameters. Contact: Nihon Superior USA,
