Saki Offers XL 3D AOI System and Real-Time Debugging
Fremont, CA — Saki Corporation now offers its BF-3Di-Z1 3D AOI system for extra-large (XL) boards up to 686 x 870 mm (27 x 34.25 in.) in size. The company has also devel- oped real-time debug ging software. The 3D AOI system
