Ðûíîê ìîðîæåíîãî ïî-ïðåæíåìó àêòóàëåí
Ïî ðàññ÷åòàì èññëåäîâàòåëüñêîãî àãåíòñòâà DISCOVERY Research Group, â 2012 ãîäó. â Ðîññèè áûëî ïðîèçâåäåíî 362,9 òûñ. ò ìîðîæåíîãî, ÷òî íà 8,4% ïðåâûøàåò ïîêàçàòåëè 2011 ãîäà. Îáú- åì ïðîèçâîäñòâà ìîðîæåíîãî â ñòîè- ìîñòíîì âûðàæåíèè ñîñòàâèë 58, 59 ìëðä ðóá. (â öåíàõ ïðîèçâîäèòåëåé). Äëÿ ðûíêà ìîðîæåíîãî â Ðîññèè õàðàê- òåðíû òå æå ïðîáëåìû è îñîáåííîñòè, ÷òî è äëÿ âñåé ïðîäîâîëüñòâåííîé îòðàñëè: óêðóïíåíèå ïðîèçâîäèòåëåé è òîðãîâûõ ñåòåé, íèçêàÿ ðåíòàáåëüíîñòü, âûñîêàÿ êîíêóðåíöèÿ íà ðûíêå. Òåíäåíöèÿ ê ñëèÿ- íèÿì è ïîãëîùåíèÿì çíà÷èòåëüíî óñèëèëàñü â ïîñëåäíåå âðåìÿ.
 òðîéêó ëèäåðîâ ïî ïðîèçâîäñòâó ñðåäè êîìïàíèé, ïðåäñòàâëåííûõ íà îòå- ÷åñòâåííîì ðûíêå ìîðîæåíîãî, ïî èòîãàì 2012 ãîäà âîøëè: Unilever — 65,9 òûñ. ò; êîìïàíèÿ «Òàëîñòî» — 42,9 òûñ. ò, à òàêæå õîëäèíã «Ðóññêèé Õîëîä» — 39 òûñ. ò. Ïî èòîãàì 2012 ãîäà íà äîëþ
óêàçàííûõ êîìïàíèé ïðèõîäèòñÿ 40,7% íàöèîíàëüíîãî ðûíêà ìîðîæåíîãî.  ñòîèìîñòíîì âûðàæåíèè áîëüøàÿ ÷àñòü ðûíêà äàííîãî ïðîäóêòà ïðèõîäèòñÿ íà Uniliver — 23,8%, òàêæå âûñîêè äîëè Nestle — 11,3%, «Ðóññêîãî Õîëîäà» — 10,6% è «Àéñáåððè» — 10,4%.
