Peter O’Donahoo is expert at conducting large-scale, multi- jurisdictional disputes, both in Australia and abroad. He has extensive experience in constitutional litigation, product litigation, commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and inquiries, class actions, arbitrations, defamation and related media work.

Mr O’Donahoo has advised on and defended claims

concerning tobacco and other consumable products, pharmaceuticals, animal feed products, chemicals, motor vehicles, aerospace components, mobile telephones, alcoholic beverages and mechanical devices.

Mr O’Donahoo is the national co-chair of the firm’s

commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice group. He is a member of the firm’s board. He is a past president of the National Product Liability Association, a past chairman of the Media & Communications Committee of the Law Council of Australia, and a member of the Defence Research Institute Inc (USA) and the International Bar Association.
