Lars Kokkvold is a partner in the firm’s human resources business area and a member of the employment law practice group, which comprises 16 lawyers. Mr Kokkvold works for clients across a range of industries and is considered by peers and clients as the go-to lawyer in Norway for his particular knowledge of employment-related issues. Mr Kokkvold has considerable experience in assisting companies with employment-related issues both in Norway and abroad. Over the last few years he has primarily focused on restructurings, change of positions and redundancies; transfers of undertakings and outsourcing; individual employment security (dismissals with notice, immediate dismissals, temporary redundancies, suspensions and change of positions); protection of privacy; employment contracts and benefit schemes; and continuous follow-up on employees during employment.
