Nicholas V Chen is the managing partner of Pamir Law Group, an international law and business consulting firm based in Asia with offices in Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing, and a long track record of successfully closing transactions in a broad range of industries in China and Taiwan. He provides support in relation to labour management, anti- competition, government relations, IP protection/enforcement/ management, due diligence, environmental health and safety, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act/corruption matters. He is a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission arbitrator. He has advised on infrastructure, technology, media and telecommunications, aircraft finance, energy and clean/ green-tech transactions, and has supported on multi- jurisdictional antitrust and IP/trade secret litigation matters. He is a supporter of grassroots community development non-governmental organizations in China.
