Main areas of practice
Asset management: One of the top specialist groups of asset management and investment funds lawyers in Ireland, this practice advises many of the world’s leading commercial and investment banks, asset management firms, prime brokers, administrators and custodians on the provision of investment services in Europe and on the contractual and regulatory requirements for establishing and listing Irish domiciled funds.
Banking & finance: This group advises on the full range of domestic and international banking transactions, including property and acquisition finance, restructurings and workouts, syndicated lending and project finance. It also advises banks on an ongoing basis in relation to a wide range of regulatory matters, from legal compliance to establishing financial institutions in Ireland, and has particular expertise in asset and structured finance.
