Positioning

We are an independent, full-service transactional and litigation law firm. • Organized into two main divisions: corporate structure and corporate operations.

• An international know-how based on the international experience of our attorneys, an international client base and a tested network of ‘best friends’ in other jurisdictions.

Our firm is ranked among the top 15 French law firms and the top 50 law firms in France.

Independence

Our firm’s strategy is founded in the choice to remain independent, a prerequisite for controlled and sustainable long-term growth.

Strategy

Our firm’s strategy remains firmly based on an integrated, cross-practice approach to legal fields, thereby addressing the major needs of the clients handled by our corporate structure and operations divisions, while also reflecting the close relations between transactional and litigation work. This approach to the law enables us to be very flexible and resourceful.

Corporate structure: a comprehensive balance-sheet approach to the law

The transactional and litigation activities of the corporate structure division relate to the assets and liabilities of businesses and public entities, their governance and financing, including structuring and restructuring.

Corporate operations: the operational activities of businesses and public entities

The transactional and litigation activities of the corporate operations division cover industrial and commercial activities, and more generally client operations (sourcing, sales, promotions, concessions, turnkey and public procurement contracts), and the optimization and defence of their intangible assets.

A dual objective: Expanding and deepening this non-exclusive network is one of our main policy priorities: • On an ‘export’ basis, being able to accompany our clients in dealing with issues and cases often involving multi- jurisdictional aspects.

• On an ‘import’ basis, helping the clients of our best friends to resolve the French aspects of their projects.

Transparency

Governance: The firm’s governance relies on the premise that for a structure to be sustainable and grow harmoniously, all of the partners’ interests must objectively converge towards the same goal. Our firm’s governance principles stem

from this premise.

Activity report: Our activity report makes us the first French firm to be fully transparent and clearly states our policy as a firm. We provide our clients with a tool that gives them a comprehensive understanding of the current status of the firm and of our ongoing efforts to adapt our organization to their needs.

International reach

A strategy of independence combined with a non-exclusive network of ‘best friends’:

Based on this experience, we have forged a non-exclusive network of ‘best friends’ over the years, with which we have established a reciprocal flow of business and a close relationship built on trust. We are well positioned as one of the few players on the French market with real recognized international experience, but one which remains fully independent and has no plans to open offices abroad and thereby to compete with our ‘best friends’.
