in-cosmetics Global – 13-15 April 2021, Barcelona in-cosmetics Global has been one of the most important dates on the industry’s calendar for over 30 years. Originally planned for April, in-cosmetics Global has been re- scheduled and is now due to take place in April 2021 in Barcelona. Speaking about the announcement and
of their plans for in-cosmetics Latin America and in-cosmetics North America, Cathy Laporte, portfolio director at Reed Exhibitions, said: “Over 80% of in-cosmetics Global attendees are international from countries at different stages of the global pandemic and with varying government advice and travel restrictions. We have therefore decided to postpone in-cosmetics Global 2020 to 13-15 April 2021. To ensure minimum logistical impact for all participants, we will hold the event in Barcelona (same hall/venue) and not in Milan, as originally scheduled for 2021. “With COVID-19 pandemic worsening
across the Americas, we do not consider it safe at this stage to organise a face-to-face exhibition. We are therefore postponing in- cosmetics Latin America to 22-23 September 2021(same hall/venue) and cancelling our North American event for 2020. “Whilst we haven’t been able to hold any
live events so far this year, our aim is still to keep the industry connected at this time. Following the launch of in-cosmetics Connect last month, in-cosmetics Virtual will take place in October 2020. The focus will be on helping worldwide suppliers connect with personal care creators from Europe and the Americas.” Website:

Suppliers Day - 4-5 May 2021, New York This year's NYSCC Suppliers' Day in New York has been moved to May 2021 as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, the NYSCC has been heavily focusing on its online educational programme, which will continue. The statement from NYSCC Chair, Giorgino
D. Macalino, is as follows: "As you are aware, the NYSCC team has been hard at work planning for Suppliers’ Day this September. However, based on the results of a NYSCC survey to members and the Suppliers’ Day community, as well as the still evolving effects of COVID-19 pandemic including travel restrictions, the NYSCC Executive Board has made the hard decision to not hold Suppliers' Day this year. "Next year, Suppliers’ Day will return to
its traditional timeframe: May 4-5, 2021 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
