How can GiG Logic enable cross-sell initiatives from land-based to online, and vice versa?
We already have a customer who is using Logic for online-offline cross-sell. If your site is offline but has an API ability, then if you go to a teller or are physically on a slot machine you could tailor the machine to tell Logic you are doing the deposit/spin. Terefore, you have the possibility of doing offline/online tournaments in the same games or game types.

We really are trailblazing AI output from GiG Data and merging these things together. I absolutely see more soft rule and algorithm based systems coming online as people try to catch up with GiG Logic. At the moment, it is still a relatively new product out in the wild but internally we have been playing with it for two years. It’s been very heavily tested as we have been using it for responsible gaming and fraud risk tracking.
Going forward, we want to ensure the presentation layout and documentation is first class and easy for the user to learn from. We want to expand the built-in test suites so you can build your own test cases to ensure everything functions on your own business rules. We want to make Logic as simple, smooth and easy for the end user to maximise the potential of their business solution.
