Scientific Games drops the ball with Gold Fish Frenzy - part of its push to “Reimagine Gaming”
Scientific Games’ pre-show pledge to ‘Reimagine Gaming’ was put to the fore with the launch of the towering Gold Fish Frenzy, a new take on the iconic Gold Fish theme with a skill-based element combined with a classic ball-drop game with gaming mechanics.
Te game sees players controlling a virtual arm to drop balls into a series of different sized gold fish bowels to win different prizes with pins for the balls to bounce off and a crab-filled, top bowel looking to steal the prize.
Cathryn Lai, Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing, said: “Skill-based is a hugely diverse sector with everyone doing different things. We’ve taken a classic arcade game concept and made it into a really fun, gambling game. It’s up to the player when to press the button for the arm moving from left to right across the screen. Balls then drop down to land into the different gold fish bowels to win different amounts. Te multi-ball bonus drops three balls at once. We think it is one of the most fun games you’ll see.”
