PHILADELPHIA – Stadium Casino, an affiliate of The Cordish Companies, and Gilbane Building Company marked a significant milestone in the construction of the new Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia with a traditional Topping-Off ceremony. One of the largest construction projects in Pennsylvania, the 1.5-million sq.ft facility will feature 2,200 slots and ETGs, more than 150 live action table games, a Sportsbook, an upscale, 12- story, 200+ room boutique hotel, nationally-recognised restaurants and live entertainment venues, valet parking and a new structured parking facility.

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia will transform the area into a fully integrated sports, entertainment and casino resort destination. The Stadium District will become the only place in the country where visitors can experience big league sports action from NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB teams, best-in-class dining and entertainment, and world-class gaming and hotel accommodations in one location, dramatically enhancing the visitor experience.

"What we are creating in Philadelphia's Stadium District is unrivaled anywhere in the country," said David Cordish, Chairman of The Cordish Companies. "Sports fans, foodies, gaming enthusiasts, concert goers, and anyone looking for a night of fun and excitement only have to make one stop to experience it all.”

CANADA – The Stars Group has reported a nine per cent increase in revenue to US$622.5m for the third quarter of 2019 increased primarily as a result of revenue growth within the United Kingdom and Australia segments. During the quarter, online sports betting was The Stars Group's largest product vertical, 35 per cent versus 27.7 per cent in 2018, followed by online casino, 31.3 per cent versus 31.6 per cent in 2018 and online poker, 30.9 per cent versus 37.7 per cent in 2018, while 77 per cent of revenues were derived from locally regulated or taxed markets, 72 per cent in 2018.

"Our third quarter results were robust and in-line with our expectations, supported by strong revenue growth in our United Kingdom and Australia segments, which helped offset both the ongoing disruption in certain of our lower-priority international markets and continued foreign exchange headwinds across the business," said Rafi Ashkenazi, The Stars Group's Chief Executive Officer. "We have also made rapid progress in the US following our landmark FOX Sports deal in May, with the launch of our FOX Bet products at the start of the professional football season in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and some very encouraging early signs from our FOX Sports Super 6 nationwide free- to-play games."

Te cities of Berlin, Claremont, Laconia, Manchester and Somersworth voted to permit the operation of physical sports book retail locations in their communities during city elections on November 5, while voters from Dover and Rochester voted to allow establishments to offer KENO 603, pending approval through the New Hampshire Lottery’s application process.

“Te New Hampshire Lottery appreciates and respects the voting process in New Hampshire. With five cities voting to allow sports book retail locations, we can continue with the sports betting implementation process, developing a responsible system that engages players and drives revenue for education in New

setting the groundwork for implementing best practices learned from other states that already conduct sports betting, while keeping in mind the unique needs and wants of the Colorado gaming landscape and industry,” said Dan Hartman, Director for the Division of Gaming. “We look forward to continuing to work with our gaming industry partners to establish responsible standards for sports betting, as they endeavour to bring the highest-quality content to the sports bettor.”

UK-based sports betting company Smarkets has already partnered with Full House Resorts to offer online sports betting in Colorado. “It’s great news that the people of Colorado have legalised sports betting, and we can’t wait to bring our sportsbook platform, SBK, to the Centennial State in 2020 through our partnership with Full House Resorts,” Smarkets CEO and founder Jason Trost said. “As more and more states adopt sports betting legislation, the industry will be brought further into the light and regulated in a more professional manner, compared with the previous status quo of offshore bookmakers dominating the market.”

Hampshire,” said Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director, New Hampshire Lottery. “Further, as two more cities have voted in favor of KENO 603, we are now able to continue expanding the game, which has demonstrated consistent sales growth since its inception two years ago.”

Governor Chris Sununu signed legislation in July authorising the New Hampshire Lottery to conduct sports betting, which will be allowed through as many as 10 physical sports book locations and as many as five online sports books.

“Te New Hampshire Lottery has a responsibility to establish a sports betting system that is effective, efficient and well-regulated,” Mr. McIntyre continued.

Te New Hampshire Lottery expects to have mobile sports betting available across the state by January 2020, with sports book locations up and running by late winter or early

spring next year.

Te sports betting legislation was written to provide individual communities across the state with the option to put the question to voters as to whether to permit the operation of sports book retail locations within their communities. New Hampshire towns will be able to place the question on their Town Meeting warrants in spring 2020. In addition to the cities voting yesterday, Franklin voters approved their city as a potential location for sports book retail locations during city elections.

Te sports betting legislation, which creates a Division of Sports Wagering within the New Hampshire Lottery to oversee sports betting, allows for mobile wagering and prohibits any wagering on New Hampshire college teams or any college games taking place in the Granite State. Players must be 18 or older to make wagers.
