CPI introduced its latest device, Alio, to cater for all different types of cashless payment types. Alio is equipped for magnetic swipe, chip, contactless enabling card, mobile and NFC payments. SuzoHapp’s unique new website is the repository for all your gaming needs

Unveiled at the G2E show in Vegas, SUZOHAPP’s new website features everything under the gaming sun, from casino through to amusements, lottery, bingo and sports betting. Visitors can view, buy and download from the complete selection of SUZOHAPP resources, including from over 100 monitors on the site, together with thousands of product brochures, manuals, accessories, scanners and printers.

Putting together the website has been a massive undertaking for the company, but the results are equally impressive, with the huge reference and attractive resource guide now available to customers wherever and whenever they need - linking them to over 50,000 products and specialist advice from the SUZOHAPP team.

“It’s been a major undertaking,” explained Mike Sigona, SUZOHAPP’s Business Development and Global Gaming Product Manager at G2E. “No one’s attempted anything like this before. We’ve included all the major product lines, with contact details for the sales team, purchasing managers and engineers to find exactly the right product and details they need. We will be adding complementary products and including CAD files on request as we continue to add functionality and incorporate even more products in the future.”

One of the products within the catalogue of 50,000 that drew special attention at this year’s G2E show was the E-PRL line of electronic programmable locks. Te E-PRL line uses Bluetooth technology to give operators online control of all locks from a remote location, via a computer, smartphone or tablet. E-PRL identifies each user, checks permissions and records each operation. Te

high-resolution touch screen display variants. CPI is bringing the reality of cashless for gaming to life with integration of cashless solutions into ticket-in, ticket-out (TITO) kiosks and games. Players using a third-party mobile application paired to CPI technology can pay for play with their digital wallet. Cashless payment is still new to the gaming world but is set to meet player expectations through having the option to pay with whichever method they desire, just as a consumer would expect at a store, taxi or self-service machine.

Te backbone of the CPI range, the SC Advance continues to play a critical role in the gaming industry. With over two million units in the field, the bill reader features excellent first-time acceptance rates that are the fastest in the industry.

Operators appreciate that the SC Advance is practically maintenance free with a very low jam rate. Integrating Easitrax Connect allows operators to manage their casino floor more efficiently, attaining real-time information on all their SC Advance bill readers in operation. Te drop can be managed to ensure that no full cashboxes negatively affect machine play as Easitrax Connect will send a real-time warning when the cashbox volume approaches capacity. Commercially released seven months ago, 12,400 slot machines across two continents have already been connected with Easitrax Connect.

“CPI is helping to define the future of cash and

cashless payment systems that are built to add value and offer the best return on investment in the market,” commented Eric Fisher, President of Gaming at CPI. “Te connectivity of our solutions,” continued Mr. Fisher, “gives all the more reasons to choose CPI. We see ourselves as a solutions company with a deep market understanding that enables operators to further streamline their business, thus increasing their profitability.”

solution has been designed to make redundant the need to change locks when a key is lost or an employee dismissed, resulting in far fewer keys needing to be in operation at any time. Operators can use Bluetooth for remote authorisation and traceability, with each key automatically losing access times and users on the system, bypassing the need for manual logins. Authorisations can be reissued daily or on demand and operators can even grant access to technicians on a temporary basis.

Also popular on the booth were the Dynamic Panel Systems (DPS) that deliver the latest innovations in player interfaces, offering all the adaptability of touch screens while maintaining the satisfying feel of mechanical pushbuttons that keep users engaged. SUZOHAPP’s robust portfolio of LCD monitors, particularly the edge-lit models, were visitor favourites.

“Our customers fully realising the breadth and depth of our product range was the most satisfying part of the G2E show this year,” stated Mr. Sigona.

“We truly offer everything a gaming OEM or casino operator could want or need, which significantly simplifies their sourcing. Plus, everyone loved the new ‘floating’ button on the DPS LCD button decks – they all wanted to know how our engineers made that happen.”

Since last year’s G2E, SUZOHAPP reorganised and grew its Gaming and Amusement team. Two new members of the leadership team greeted customers at G2E - Sim Bielak, President of Global Gaming and Amusement, as well as Todd Sims, SUZOHAPP’s new Vice President of Gaming & Amusement for North and South America.

Both Bielak and Sims bring with them significant industry experience and understand the needs of OEMs and operators well. “Te energy at our booth this year was fantastic,” said Bielak. “Our Gaming customers value innovation to drive growth and simplicity and efficiency to keep operating costs low. We delivered on both dimensions at G2E, first with our new products and then with the launch of our new components website.”
