TCSJohnHuxley’s presence at G2E 2019 Supporting customers in the US with a local service, TCSJohnHuxley showcased its core product offering and new innovations at G2E 2019, underlining the global outreach of the gaming supplier. TCSJohnHuxley took the opportunity in Vegas to highlight the importance the live gaming supplier places on customer service and support. Established over 45 years, TCSJohnHuxley has developed a global reach without forgetting the need to provide on-the-ground local support for customers.

Steph Nel, TCSJohnHuxley General Manager Americas, commented: “We are not the largest gaming supplier in the mix, but our aim is to be the best at supplying live table gaming solutions to our customers. Tis means being responsive which is only possible when you are close to your customers – both in location and relationships. Our team is fully focused on providing the highest levels of service and support every day.”

Te TCSJohnHuxley team intends to build on this formula, with the coming year providing some exciting prospects for the gaming supplier. Te Blaze suite of products continue to be very popular in the Americas, offering exciting and eye-catching graphics whilst assisting players and dealers with visual prompts at various stages of the game. With the addition of Baccarat, there is now a full complement of almost every casino table game available.

Another unique offering is Qorex Electronic Table Game Solutions, a range of products that combine the experience of live gaming with the benefits of electronic gaming. An announcement of traction for Forex in the US is expected soon, together with further installation details. TCSJohnHuxley provides a totally integrated product offering

seamlessly combining the terminals, as well as roulette wheels (both manual and auto), and displays, giving complete control of all aspects from end to end. With installations planned throughout the region in the coming months, this unique proposition is one that operators are identifying with.

However, the biggest noise on the booth surrounded the Americas debut of the company's Roulette Progressive. A first of its kind offering, where an optional progressive bet can be placed for an opportunity to win a combination of bespoke progressive, fixed and / or mystery jackpots. All these jackpots can be customised to meet the needs and expectations of each operation, focusing on preferred hit frequencies as well as specific jackpots, their seed values and contributions.

Steph Nel, General Manager for the Americas, commented: “Due to the overwhelming success of our Blackjack and Poker Progressive offerings, we really wanted to focus on rolling out Roulette, especially as there has never been a successful progressive of this type available. We believe this literally hits the jackpot, bringing high levels of excitement as well as multiple customisable

independent progressive jackpots, incorporating both event-based and mystery wins.”

TCSJohnHuxley’s Roulette Progressive allows players to wager an ‘in it to win it’ progressive wager. Once locked in, this gives the player access to a variety of potential incremental individual, community and mystery progressive jackpots, alongside fixed payouts. All jackpots are independent – so even if the top prize is won, the other meters are not affected and do not reset. Tis is designed to build excitement and keep players at the table for longer.

Te TCSJohnHuxley Roulette Progressive provides attractive personal and community jackpots to players who have placed a progressive wager on the unique LED bet sensor built into the table. Without slowing the speed of the game down, the system allows operators to customise jackpots and hit frequency in addition to automating contributions to each prize pool.

Te TCSJohnHuxley Roulette Progressive is a white label product allowing the operator full customisation to brand and theme the game, design and jackpots. Te launch of the Roulette Progressive took place earlier this year at Tsogo Sun’s flagship operation Montecasino in Johannesburg, South Africa. TCSJohnHuxley’s ability to customise the progressive offering for Tsogo Sun led to the extension of their ever- popular slots jackpot brand “Cash & Cash” by moving it onto a live table game. Among other exciting pay-outs, players at Montecasino now have the opportunity to win a car along with a cash prize as the top jackpot on a live Roulette table game – a concept that was previously reserved only for slots players.
