Recent assessments across KS3 have highlighted how successful and resilient our younger students are: a huge well done to all Year 7, 8 and 9!
We had huge proportions of our KS3 students who have over achieved against their targets: the following students over achieved by the highest percentage:

• We recently welcomed 30 students from the local primary schools across both year 5 and 6. They completed the “Matravers Crystal Maze” against the clock. There were Mathematical tasks from across the world including China, India and Egypt. Well done to them all for taking part and mastering the maze!
• Lots of our KS3 students completed fun Halloween Maths puzzles following the October half term break – witches and wizards were written as ratios; ingredients were calculated for a wicked spell plus much more…..!
