Into Work Our Into Work programme supports students to make their first steps into employment. The course is designed for people aged 16-24 who are likely to be able to get a job, or supported employment. The course will enable students to find work or find out more about the world of work. It will help to build confidence and enable students to gain valuable employability skills.

As part of the course everyone will attend a work placement that is suited to their skills and interests, and where they will be supported by a job coach from the College. It is expected that by the end of one year students will have gained the confidence to progress into open or supported employment.
